When we were kids, we used to secretly dance to the beat of our favourite music or nursery rhyme, be it in the shower or somewhere people won’t see us. Yes, I’m sure you did it too.

And we probably weren’t as good as these kiddos from the Kelab Tunas Seni Cemerlang whose performance has gone viral. The superbly talented children danced skillfully to the Malaysian folk song, “Sep Sep Sep, Tom Tom Tom”.

Watch the video here:

Persembahan Tunas Seni Cemerlang JKKN dengan “Sep.. Sep Tom.. Tom” sebuah persembahan persembahan berasaskan permainan rakyat mendapat sambutan hangat

Posted by Jabatan Kebudayaan dan Kesenian Negara on Saturday, January 12, 2019

The video which has since garnered millions of views was posted on the Jabatan Kebudayaan dan Kesenian Negara Facebook page.

Their performance has wowed the spectators there as well as those who watched the video. Everyone had praises for the choreography, talent and coordination of the kids.

I wanna dance like that too but takut later the stage will collapse!

To the dance group from Kelab Tunas Seni Cemerlang, keep on doing what you do best! Thank you for bringing attention to our traditional dances.
