35yo Businessman Shot In Front Of His Own Home in Puchong, Suspect Still At Large

Yesterday (21 September), a shooting incident happened in front of a 35-year-old businessman’s house at Jalan BK 5/3 Bandar Kinrara, Puchong that resulted in him being wounded.

According to Bernama, ACP Ismadi Borhan, the Serdang District Police Chief, stated that the unfortunate incident happened at 12:45 pm

He continued that the victim was shot with a gun in front of his house. Fortunately, he is in a stable condition, however, the victim sustained injuries on his left rib and is currently receiving treatment in Serdang hospital.

It was discovered that the victim returned home from a nearby restaurant with his wife and his child and was driving into his yard. According to Kosmo, the suspect was riding a motorcycle when he called out the victim’s name and shot him as he got out of his vehicle.

Ismail Borhan added that the authorities have identified the suspect and are on the hunt to arrest him.

The case is now being investigated for attempted murder under Section 307 of the Penal Code.
