They wrote, “No we are not exaggerating. We practically ran marathons to get here. After a short break, we are now ready to serve you again! We are pleased to announce the Official Reopening of 1 Utama on Saturday 17th October 2020, endorsed and supported by the Ministry of Health.”

They added that they will be complying with the standard operating procedures (SOPs) of the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO), which means that they will be open from 10am to 10pm while some businesses located in the mall will be open from 11am to 8pm.

“We would like to reassure you that all tenants and mall management staff including our auxiliary police and security forces have been tested and cleared for duty. 1 Utama is strongly committed to ensuring the continued safety of our patrons and community at large. Combined with massive sanitization efforts in strict accordance to MOH SOP’s, 1 Utama will continue to provide a safe shopping experience with round-the-clock cleaning using hospital grade disinfectants and purifying air via high efficiency filters and powerful UV lights,” they shared.

We hope that all the customers, tenants and staff members maintain their physical distance and that every wears a masks properly as to not further contribute to the already skyrocketing cases.
