We’re entering 2024 in less than 2 months and yet, some people still have to be told NOT to urinate publicly.
A Malaysian woman, Agnes recently shared a baffling incident on her TikTok account where a man was seen urinating at the parking lot of a mall in Klang Valley. Agnes recorded the incident and told the man off for his uncivilised behavior, to which she was ignored.
After “finishing his business”, the man casually walked to the passenger seat of his car and the driver drove away. There was another passenger at the back and a driver beside the man.
The man even had the audacity to casually wave goodbye to Agnes, as if he had done nothing wrong. She also told the man about the restrooms in the mall but the man replied,
“Yeah, I saw that on the way out.”
His urine was “left” on the ground to stink up the place. And imagine the inconvenience that it will cause to the people who accidentally step on the “leftovers”, or simply the stench of his urine that irritate other visitors. In this case, the most unfortunate person is probably the cleaner who would be blamed for not keeping the place clean.
Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, despite the availability of restrooms on every floor, Agnes said the man, unfortunately, was not the 1st to urinate publicly.
“The basement parking and the emergency staircases are the hotspot for some people to urinate.”
According to Agnes, urine is not the only thing that the unfortunate cleaners tend to find but sometimes, human waste too!
“I live near the mall, and have spoken to the management about it but to no avail.”
Agnes also told WORLD OF BUZZ that she was at the scene to feed the strays when the incident happened on November 16 around 10:51 pm.
“My neighbours and I usually feed the strays when we’re free, and we didn’t expect to see such an incident to happen.”
At the time of writing, the video has been removed by TikTok.
You may think it’s okay to do so since the place has cleaners to clean up your mess but this manner only highlights your mindset, and how your actions bring trouble and inconvenience to others. It’s not just about the stench but also the reputation of the place, in which others might remember it for the wrong reasons.
