YDPA Warded In IJN Due To Leg Injury Since Yesterday
The Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah has been warded at the royal ward of the National Heart Institute since Saturday (22 January 2022).
According to the National Palace’s official statement, the King will undergo a health checkup and follow-up on the intervention treatment that he underwent for his knees and ankles back in September 2020.

On 24 September 2020, he had gone through an intervention treatment after the MRI scan demonstrated his leg injury when he was involved in sports activities.
The statement also says that the King will remain in the ward for a few days starting yesterday.
