They say the UNO card game is perfect for family and friends. If you don’t know, UNO cards come in four colors which are red, yellow, blue, and green. While they claim it’s enjoyed by everyone, they really mean everyone.
In a recent video posted by @adi.tadashi, he shares a clip of himself and his friends enjoying a game of UNO at a cafe in Kuala Lumpur.
One of his friends is colourblind
At first, the video just seems like a normal hangout session with friends enjoying a card game, but it’s later revealed that one of the friends, Sam, is actually colourblind.
Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, Adi explained how he and his friends decided to play UNO. Not wanting Sam to feel left out, they asked if he wanted to join the game despite being colourblind.
Even though they told Sam the game might be tough for him because of his colorblindness, he decided to take on the challenge and play with them anyway.
He impressed everyone by winning!
In the video, Sam is seen holding a lot of cards, likely because the game was indeed challenging for him at first. But to everyone’s surprise, he actually ended up winning the game, surprising Adi and his other friends.
Adi continued to expressed how impressed he and his other friends were, saying how Sam really proved everyone wrong.
“We shouldn’t underestimate others based on their perceived limitations. Everyone has unique strengths and can overcome challenges in surprising ways. This situation highlights the importance of encouragement, support, and believing in each other’s potential, reminding us to appreciate and celebrate individual resilience and capabilities, even when the odds are against them.”
