Taking to TikTok, this netizen shared how he experienced a headache after experiencing a hard landing on his KUL-KBR flight just 6 hours, during this MAS flight.
Despite suffering what he called a mild concussion, the passenger managed to record this pilot’s apology after the hard landing.
In the video, the pilot shared this.
“…the hard landing earlier on, was due to the last bried change in the environment (weather). Unfortunately, our trainee pilot did not manage to handle it in time.”
“Please be rest assured that this incident will not happen again in the future,” he shared.
Despite the concussion he experienced, this was his message to MAS and its crew.
“Alhamdulillah everyone is safe. Thank you, MAS for the best hospitality. This is normal, KUL-KBR is safe.”
We have to commend the pilot for being able to assure passengers that they are safe, despite the conditions being less than favourable when they land.
