The alarming rise in crime across Malaysia has left many women fearing for their safety. And this particular case is every woman’s worst nightmare.

A random man tried to approach their car

Amira shared in her post that she and her mom had gone to the mall intending to visit the bank to deposit some money.

As they parked and were about to get out of the car, they noticed a man approaching their vehicle. Sensing something was off, they quickly closed the car door, decided to stay inside, and locked it immediately.

“We were planning to go to the bank to deposit money, but as we parked, we noticed a man approaching our vehicle. Thankfully, we were able to close and lock our car doors before anything could go wrong.”

The man allegedly followed a different woman after that

In the video, Amira and her mom are seen driving past the said man who they believe was targeting a different woman walking through the parking lot towards her car.

Noticing the potential danger, they quickly drove up to warn her, telling her to get into her car right away because she was being followed.

The woman, not realising what was happening, quickly got into her car without hesitation.

“Just a reminder, when you’re in public places, avoid wearing earphones. Trust me, you’ll be more aware of your surroundings if your ears aren’t blocked. You’ll be able to sense if someone is approaching from behind.”

“The man is actually sick. There’s a reply comment on Facebook about him from a 2019 post. He became like this because he lost his mother. He’s been like this for a long time. He’s not actually robbing or mugging anyone; he just follows people to ask for money.”

“Recently, it seems that all the crime problems are caused by foreigners! Please send them back to their countries.”
