Many of us have worked multiple jobs and we’ve come across our share of bosses, good, bad, you name it.
Recently, we believe we may have stumbled upon a great boss, Hafiz Mahamad, who rewards his employees for their work. This boss is also an influencer, so we saw one of his videos taken prior to Hari Raya.
In the video, he announces that he has 3 surprises for his staff with the first one being a bonus. They were all handed a cash bonus in a duit raya envelope and there was one for everyone.
In order to prepare for his second surprise, he asked all of his employees to go inside his office so he can arrange the truck outside.
Then, he blindfolded one of his staff and brought him outside.
“Do you remember a few years ago when you went to hang out with your friends and they made fun of how you were went from a big company to a small company?” he asked the staff.
The staff who had been with him for 7 years nodded his head and when the blindfold was taken out, he was surprised to see a new car in front of him.
“I want them to know that your choice was correct. Even though we’re a small company, we know how to appreciate our staff,” the boss said.
“It’s not hard to appreciate them (his employees), it’s really a matter of whether you want to do it or not.”
As for the third surprise, he and his wife brought their employees to the mall and bought them clothes for Raya. He also mentioned how he was appreciative of his wife, Aina for supporting him all the time.
The day ended with them having a nice dinner together outside the office.
Other than that, the influencer also chartered some buses to bring 400 underprivileged people back to their kampung.
We’re sure that all of these people are very grateful for Hafiz and his wife. We hope that they continue doing good for their community!
