It is generally understood that our frontline officers, whether it be policemen, medical authorities or the army, work around the clock to ensure that all of us Malaysians are able to lead relatively normal lives. But it isn’t just us Malaysians that our frontline officers have been taking time out to help; they have also done all they can while on the job to make sure our nation’s stray animals are taken care of, too!

In a heartwarming video that was recently shared onto social media, a Malaysian frontline police officer was seen taking a moment out of his duties at night to bring a packet of food to where three stray puppies can be seen gathering by the side of the road.

Berkongsi rezeki…

Setting the packet of food down, he then watches on as the puppies eagerly scramble up to the food to eat, wagging their tails happily as they do so!

It is worth remembering that even in bleak times like these, there will still continue to be Malaysians who continue to do great work to prove that we have plenty of reasons to be proud of our country.

To this abang polis who took the time to offer these stray puppies both kindness and compassion, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
