If we want to discuss about real life superheroes, we can’t simply go over it without having to talk about how impressive our fire and rescue departments are. This group of superhumans will go through anything to keep us safe!
In order to reach abang bomba’s level of skill and performance, they need to constantly challenge themselves with a difficult training regime. This is vital as they need to be mentally and physically ready when the situation needs them to be and this high endurance training can be seen in a video that was shared by Friends of Bomba Malaysia Facebook page.
The impressive 4-minute-plus video has managed to garner about 5.5 million views within hours of the release. It can be seen that an abang bomba was going through training, overcoming multiple obstacles perfectly in a short period of time.
From putting on his gear to crossing to a tower with a wire and abseiling down from a makeshift obstacle, the abang bomba took the challenge with a high level of focus and fitness. This video has managed to further seal our confidence towards the Malaysian Fire and Rescue Department.
