An unmarked garbage truck, piled high with rubbish, was seen on a highway near Puchong, Selangor.
The 15-second video shows the truck almost grazing road signs and driving on public roads despite not having a registered plate or functioning tail lights.
In the caption, the netizen writes, “Can someone tell me how this is possible? A garbage truck without a number plate is on the road? With all that rubbish stacked up?”
Netizens were, of course, angry at the sight.
“The lorry is so unkempt. The paint is all gone. How can it pass its 6-month inspection?”
“This is a common sight in Puchong. Apparently, the authorities are doing nothing about this,” said a user.
Another commented, “I used to work as a truck driver in Langkawi. You are not allowed to hang or even place anything on top (outside) of the vehicle.”
There is not much information on the incident. We hope that the authorities will investigate and resolve this as soon as possible!
