Queue-cutting can be a major trigger for conflicts, especially in crowded or high-stress situations like when trying to leave a busy junction or when making payments during a shopping rush, or in this case, when boarding a bus at the Sultan Iskandar Building.

As expected, when one person decides to cut in line, a man who was affected by the incident decided to take matters into his own hands.

Not wanting to back down, both men escalated the matter into a fistfight, which became the centre of attention at the bus stop.

In the video, it is not apparent who was the one guilty of cutting the queue. The video has since been submitted to the police for further investigation.

According to the South Johor Bharu District Police Chief, Asst. Comm. Raub Selamat, the incident took place at around 7:00 am at Bangunan Sultan Iskandar, en route to Singapore.

The police has since advised members of the public to not make further speculations on the matter and to allow them to carry out their investigation.
