While the Movement Control Order (MCO) in place have limited our space to keep fit from open parks or the gym to the confinements of our own home, Datuk Lee Chong Wei shows us that we can keep fit while at home too.

In a video shared on Facebook page ERA (Malaysia), Datuk Lee Chong Wei shared a video of him playing a spot of badminton with his sons while still complying with the regulations set by the MCO.

Sure he has the room to do it, but hey, you know you can do it too if you put your mind to it.

Not only was the session limited to a spot of light badminton action, but it was also interlaced with a bit of training, probably a sharing session Chong Wei had for his two sons.

Equipped with an indoor net and some space, that was all that LCW and his sons needed to have some family fun.

LCW 2.0 and 3.0 in the making perhaps?

The video which has garnered more than 5.4k likes witnessed netizens applauding LCW for his effort in creating Malaysia’s next badminton star.

Another writes, “Dato’, please train your sons well.”

With many Malaysians are hopeful that Chong Wei will create another world champion, the key takeaway here is you can still have some form of exercise even if you are stuck at home.
