Fire fighters and rescue personnel dedicate their lives to saving as many people as they can when the moment calls for it.
But sometimes, they don’t just stop at trying to save people.
One firefighter in Miri, Sarawak, tried his level best to resuscitate a little kitten that had been trapped in a fire, after its owner managed to get it to safety, as shared by the Jabatan Bomba dan Penyelamat Malaysia Negeri Sarawak Facebook page.
The poor kitten had initially been trapped in a fire in Miri, but its owner managed to carry it out to safety.
The firefighter, PB Mohamad Ainli Akhbar from the Lopeng Fire and Rescue station gave his all by attempting to resuscitate the kitten through CPR!
Unfortunately, the kitten didn’t survive.
“After trying for almost 30 minutes, the kitten could not be saved as it had inhaled too much thick smoke,” they shared.
While it’s really sad that the kitten couldn’t be saved, we’re really thankful and proud of the firefighter for trying his level best.
Kudos, Abang Bomba! And rest in peace, little kitty.
