A motorcyclist was almost run over by a car after a lorry knocked him down while trying to squeeze through traffic on the PLUS Highway at the Sungai Buloh Toll Exit heading towards Jejantas Restaurant.

A Facebook user, who wishes to remain anonymous, shared dashcam footage of the incident which took place at about 7.30am on 14 April.

The video shows several cars in moderate traffic when a lorry appears in the right lane. The cars in front of the lorry had slowed down, and the lorry, which was moving relatively fast tried to overtake the silver Vios in front of it.

At this point in time, a motorcycle approached the scene and was about to ride in between the lorry and a gold Kancil. However, the motorcyclist was knocked by the lorry and fell onto the middle and left lane.

The motorcyclist was almost run over by a yellow Myvi but was fortunately spared.

The Facebook user who witnessed the incident said that the lorry stopped at an emergency lane further down and came down to check on the motorcyclist. The motorcyclist on the other hand claimed he was okay and refused to call an ambulance.
