Most of us definitely have memories of being lazy, broke and hungry back when we were in college or uni. Those late nights while studying (yeah right), when our parents have not banked in our allowance yet, we tend to think of alternative ways and things to cook because sometimes, penat already eat maggi.

Well, Adam Shaari from Twitter is here with some tips on how to cook pasta in the simplest manner. But be warned, you might cry after watching this video. Sedih siut!

He stressed that the kettle is the most essential item as it can be used to cook so many things; in this case a simple, cheap and great tasting pasta. He even threw in a professional chef’s tip on how to detect whether pasta is ready or not. You know, to achieve that al dente finish.

Sad, true to reality but still a great recipe for students who are struggling with money. You can still eat fancy, be it without any meat or chicken in the pasta.

The video that was posted on 9th August currently garnered over 130k views, and netizens are expressing how this is the saddest video they’ve watched today.
