It is safe to say, other than our parents, our life is largely influenced by our teachers. Be it in school or university, a great teacher can absolutely make us learn new things but also inspire us to be a better person in life.

A great example of this was shared by Amy on Twitter through a short video that she recorded in class. She tweeted,

“I’m crying. My Vietnamese professor brings us stuffed animals every week to reward us for our hard work.”

From the video, we can see a well-dressed man, taking out cute stuffed animals out of a black bag to be laid on his table in class before giving them out to the students who worked hard the week before.

To some, this gesture might be trivial. But to a student, receiving a small cuddly token from your professor could mean so much more.

Netizens have also responded with heart-warming comments, showing their full appreciation of the professor’s kind gesture and love for his students:

Surely there are loads of educators who are passionate about their line of work and would do anything to inspire their beloved students to do well in life. These heroes should be celebrated to let everyone know the sacrifices they go through without asking anything much in return.

When was the last time you said thank you to your teacher?
