Congratulations, Malaysians! You can now all finally get your post-1980s mullets trimmed off and look like your normal self again. But alas, with everyone rushing to get their own trim done, you’re probably going to have to face some pretty long lines outside your favourite barbershop.

Well, not quite! At least, not if you go to this barbershop in Klang. While seemingly hidden away and swallowed by the annals of time, Lucky Star Barber proves that appearances can truly be deceiving.

Operating with only three barbers on the very day that Malaysians were finally allowed to get their much needed trim, Sin Chew Daily reported that the shop was greeted with a line of over 20 patrons waiting right outside their front door as they opened. Talk about enthusiasm!

But bear in mind, given the new SOP, only three customers were allowed on the premises at any given moment in time after the mandatory temperature checks and registration. Which means the three barbers on duty have to work fast. And boy, when we say fast, we mean 120 customers in 2 hours fast!

Costing only RM15 per patron for a quick trim, Lucky Star Barbershop has been running for well over 60 years, and with brisk business now going again, we hope that they will be around for another 60!

So how many of you guys have already managed to get your MCO manes trimmed down already? Let us know!
