Some of us make separate Instagram accounts for our favourite things; maybe it could be for artwork, or even our family pets, because these are things we love, right?

Yes, you read that right – an Instagram account dedicated solely to chicken rice.
This is the user’s first post (pictured above). All the captions he uses start with the word ‘everyday’ followed by the number of chicken rice he had consumed. And if you notice carefully, you’ll even see that by picture 4, the quality of the pictures increases!
Followers of this hilariously mouth-watering page have taken notice too:
To date (26 Aug), the user has already documented 253 days of eating chicken rice!
If you love chicken rice and want to live vicariously through his lens (minus stuffing your face 24/7 with the dish), you can follow him here and expect his IG page to look a little something like this:
Naturally, there are a lot of questions in everyone’s mind such as why the page is solely about chicken rice. One user probably spoke for everyone when he asked:
“You not sien ah, every day eat chicken rice?”
And this was the user’s glorious response:
LOL! If that doesn’t scream dedication to food, we don’t know what does.
No really, many people have asked, and that’s the only answer the user has given everyone:
Meanwhile, others have also asked him for recommendations on the best place to get chicken rice. After all, considering that he eats the dish every day, he must be quite the expert on where the best Singaporean chicken rice is.
However, instead of using geotags or hashtags indicating a specific restaurant, he simply gives a rather diplomatic answer and replies in this manner:
Well, if you love something that much, unconditional love is to be expected.
Also, it’s worth a mention that despite being a page that follows no one, it’s already got over 1,900 followers – almost like a micro social media influencer!
They say the internet is a strange place, and a chicken rice Instagram account is probably only the tip of the delicious iceberg.
