Vending machines are some of the most convenient machines ever invented.

Japan is the land of vending machines and we have seen some of them selling things other than food such as underwear. Closer to our country, we’ve stumbled upon vending machines selling another interesting food item in Singapore.

Easy Meat SG has a very interesting approach in getting their customers to buy their meat and this includes putting Australian wagyu cuts in a vending machine.

On their website, they said,

“We bring steak cuts and shabu shabu to you (Singaporeans) with no delivery lead time via our conveniently located branded vending machines that run 24/7.”

It is said that their founders had that idea after craving for wagyu steaks late at night during the pandemic with no way of getting it.

Easy Meat SG offers its meat in three different straightforward cuts:

  • AUS Wagyu MS4/5 Ribeye 200gm SGD25 (RM76.38)
  • AUS Wagyu MS4/5 Shabu-shabu 250gm SGD19 (RM58.05)
  • AUS Wagyu MS4/5 Striploin 200gm SGD24 (RM73.33)

Considering how Malaysia has a big problem with vandalism, it might not be a good idea to have these vending machines. Regardless, what do you think about this? Would you like to have one near you? Let us know in the comment section.
