Doctors found pink fluid coming out of his rectum

Upon examination, medical personnel discovered pink-colored fluid discharging from the man’s rectum. A CT scan later revealed multiple round objects inside his intestines, which appeared to resemble narcotics.

The incident was later reported to Hua Mak Police Station, where officers were dispatched to investigate a foreign patient with suspicious items at the emergency room of Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital in Suan Luang District, Bangkok, at 1 AM on June 11.

Doctors reportedly discovered 255 pills packed inside the man’s stomach, with medical staff suspecting he swallowed them.

The packets burst in his stomach

Tests confirmed that the 255 round, flat pills marked with “WY” in red found inside the Austrian man’s body were methamphetamine.

As officers collected evidence, the man remained unconscious and was awaiting surgery, with doctors suspecting that some of the drug packets had burst in his stomach, leading to his critical condition.

Investigators have since handed over the initial evidence to Hua Mak Police Station to proceed with legal action.
