Another day, another case of a stray animal being abused by sick inhumane individuals. Fortunately for this dog, the good people at My Pets Haven managed to find and save her from the predicament that she was in. A metal wire was tightly wrapped in a knot around her waist, so tight that she couldn’t even sit and lie down properly.

It had found so tightly that it started to cut into her flesh. My Pets Haven shared the whole rescuing process, and from the video, it can be seen that the dog was suffering in agony. Initially, she had to be tranquillised so that she could not run away from being rescued as this was the first time that they saw her after two months.

Even after being tranquillised, she was still able to fight back a bit, but the fantastic team still managed to rescue her. After cutting the wire off, she was immediately taken to a centre so that she could be treated where she would wait for her wounds to heal.

It is mind-boggling to think that there are individuals out there who could do such a thing. However, animal abuse is widespread among Malaysians, and this is an issue that we should deal with urgently as with each passing day, more of our furry friends will fall victim to such horrendous acts.
