It’s not only Japan and Taiwan that have hot springs but we also have them in Malaysia too! In fact, there are many hot springs in our country, ranging from large to small and some have become so popular that they are a tourist attraction in their own right.

These geothermal springs are believed to have healing properties as they contain high mineral content but do be careful not to drink from them as it’s not supposed to be consumed! There’s even a water playground that will make sure your children won’t get bored with just playing in the hot spring. But if you’re not planning to stay, you can also have fun in the water by paying the entrance fee.

This hot springs retreat was once an illegal dumping site but has since been revamped into a beautiful place. You can now take a dip into the pond and have some food from the stalls nearby. Cool yourself down with some cold drinks after the relaxing hot water bath before you leave the place.
