The statement also clarified that those who haven’t received their BSH payments in the first two phases will receive the designated amount assigned to their categories at once, along with the payments under Phase 3, based on the criteria specified by BSH 2020.

All BSH payments will be credited to the banks of individuals who have signed up for Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia (LHDNM). For those who don’t own bank accounts, payment can be transferred via cash from BSN until 31st December 2020.

However, the ministry said that to ensure the BSH 2020 programme benefits those who are truly in need, there is a limited time to appeal for your payment. The appeal period will start on 7th August 2020 until 6th September 2020. The appeal period is for individuals who had their applications previously rejected. This period will give them time to collect the necessary documents for LHDNM to reassess the legitimacy of their application.

If you’re unsure of how to appeal for the BSH 2020 scheme, visit their website here or head to your nearest LHDNM/ Pusat Khidmat Hasil (PKH) / Urban Transformation Centre (UTC) for more information.

Are you eligible to claim any of these benefits?
