Those making their way back to the East Coast, or returning from their hometowns know this all too well – it is not only the roads that are backed up, but toilets too.

Taking to social media, this netizen shared just how long the lines were at a petrol station so that they could use the restroom.

The caption states that they were made to wait for almost half an hour just to use the toilet. Lines from the restroom stretch along the petrol station, Karak Highway (KL Bound).

With most of those in line being women, netizens commenting on the video had these choice words to say.

“I would keep medication such as buscopan handy, especially anticipating traffic jams,” said a user.

“This is why I choose to fly whenever I am making my way back to/from the east coast.”

Another commented, “Because we understand that the situation will look a lot like this, we will exit the highway and stop at any restaurant to use their toilet and eat.”
