RMCO Will Be Extended For Another 3 Months Until 31 March 2021

For the states that are not under the Conditional Movement Control Order, they were under the Recovery Movement Control Order that was supposed to end on 31 December.

In his press conference today, Defence Minister, Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob announced that the RMCO will be extended for another three months until 31 March 2021, as reported by Astro Awani.

Some of the activities still not allowed under the RMCO include:

  • Nightclubs and pubs except for restaurants that are located inside pubs or restaurants
  • Any activity that will cause people to form a crowd thus hindering social distancing
