Taking to TikTok, a video of a RELA officer screaming at the top of her lungs towards passengers has gone viral on social media.

Believed to have taken place at the Larkin bus terminal in Johor, the woman in uniform seemed to have lost her cool, after passengers who suffered through a two-hour delay kept asking her about the status of their buses.

“This was our predicament. Our bus was delayed for almost an hour, some for two hours,” wrote the user.

“We asked those who may have a clue and this was the response we got.”

In her reply, she made quite a statement in her response.

“Why can’t you just wait like everyone else. When it comes it comes. There is no point for you to keep asking.”

Some agreed with the officer’s response, while others mentioned that if your ride was delayed, wouldn’t you have felt the same?
