If you are an animal lover like Pinkkitty Tuminah Tukiman Nazirah, it simply breaks your heart seeing stray animals such as cats and dogs having to risk their lives scavenging for food.

Realising the need to help man’s best friend, she took it upon herself to feed stray dogs in her free time.

In her daily routine, she was suddenly stopped by a police officer who was astonished by what he saw.

Taking to social media, here is her story.

“While I was out and about feeding these babies, a patrol car stopped near to where I was feeding them.”

“The officer greeted me by asking what I was doing, so I answered that I was giving these babies their dinner.”

“He applauded me for my bravery. He added that he himself feared dogs.”

In the end, the officer did the right thing by standing by and ensured that she was safe when giving her “babies” their much-needed meal.

“Today there is a kind Pakcik accompanying us for dinner. Thank you so much for stopping by.”

Astounded by the overwhelming response she received, this was her message to netizens who commended her effort.

“The reason why I took the video was with the intention that what I am doing right now will inspire others to show care for stray animals everywhere.”

Let’s take inspiration and do our part!
