Well, just a few hours after the announcement, Anwar also announced another BKKA, this time for over 70,000 Qur’an and Fardu Ain (KAFA) teachers, Takmir teachers, imams, bilal, tok siak, noja and marbut across the country.

Taking to his official Facebook account, the Prime Minister asserted that these individuals will be receiving a special Aidilfitri financial aid of RM250 each starting next week, with a total allocation of RM17 million.

He added that the announcement was made during his speech at a Ramadan breaking of fast event in Kemaman, Terengganu, yesterday (21 March).

Anwar further elaborated that the BKKA was meant to honour and recognise the significant contributions made by the recipients.
