5. Mixed fruit cocktail

This cocktail recipe will taste like summer in a cup and it will surely be a hit at your next party. Here’s how to make it:

1. Put some sliced cucumber and mint leaves in a glass.
2. Pour in a mixture of chilled elderflower and lime flavoured cider with a little bit of fresh lemonade or lime juice.
3. For maximum freshness, serve it with ice.
