We’ve heard the stories, seen the pictures, and viewed the videos of how challenging the life of a courier delivery person is.

Wanting to understand a little bit more of their daily challenges, one netizen on his off day, though it would be a good idea to share how his friend works day-to-day as a PosLaju employee delivering goods to their owners.

Here is what @FaizzFhanii experienced.

In his video, @FaizzFhanii writes, “Today is my day off. so I decided to follow a friend who works with PosLaju.”

“Based on the experience my friend is going through, this job is seriously not easy.”

He added that there are many different types of customers his friend has to deal with.

“There are those who put incorrect addresses or do not give out their contact details.”

“There are those who refuse to provide necessary details in fear of scammers.”

“The worst would be those who do not pick up when he wants to notify them that their parcel has arrived.”

“Keep in mind that these courier service people are pressed for time to make their rounds.”

“There are a lot of things to be delivered.”

We can only imagine how stressful it must be getting to one location after another delivering to every manner of recipients out there.

We sincerely hope that now, end-users are able to understand more as to why there may be delays when receiving our deliveries. Keep up the good work, guys!
