Just yesterday, a video had gone viral online showing 2 vehicles rampaging through a crowd of people outside a club building at Jalan Klang Lama. According to the police, the incident which stemmed from an alleged misunderstanding left 2 people injured and 4 suspects were arrested for attempted murder.

Based on a report by Harian Metro, a 5th suspect was also arrested and the police are now searching for 3 more suspects involved in the incident with criminal records.
Kuala Lumpur Deputy Police Chief, Datuk Azry Akmar Ayob, has since called for the 3 remaining suspects to surrender themselves to the authorities.



“A check found that all of them have past criminal records. 3 other suspects who are still at large are being tracked down and have been asked to surrender to the police. All suspects will be remanded to assist in investigations under Section 307 of the Penal Code,” he said.
The police are also seeking cooperation from the public to provide information on their whereabouts.
“Any information regarding this incident can be provided to the Kuala Lumpur Police Hotline at 03-2115 9999 or the Brickfields IPD Operations Room at 03-2297 9222 or any nearby police station,” he added.
