A viral video shows a group of motorcyclists chasing down and attacking a Perodua Myvi near the Batu 12 area, close to the Puchong Toll Plaza, on 28 September.

In the clip, a large crowd of riders can be seen tailing the car, with some kicking, punching, and even using their helmets to smash the vehicle, damaging its side mirror.

However, it still remains unclear what triggered the attack or why the motorcyclists were targeting the car.

Earlier, we reported that police had launched an investigation after a 52-year-old man filed a report about the incident.

In the latest update, police confirmed that several young men, aged between 17 and 21, have been arrested to assist in the investigation.
