If you have ever driven aimlessly around your parking lot in a futile search for parking, it is almost certain for you to see, people ‘chup’ parking with either cones, flower pots or, in rare cases, people.

What if we told you that in a popular shopping centre in Subang Jaya, Selangor, a different way of ‘chup’ parking was used? Well, what if we told you a large python decided to ‘chup’ a spot in the mall’s parking area yesterday afternoon?

Give this video a watch:

Though not much information was given on the incident, here are some theories shared by netizens on the incident.

“It is probable that Nagini wants to do a spot of shopping.”

“Our guess is it might have hitchhiked on another car to the mall but got left behind when the car it rode on left it there.”

In another video posted by another account, efforts to capture and relocate the snake were carried out by personnel at the mall.

A group of people, including security guards, are equipped with a bag and what looks like an apparatus specifically to capture the snake.

We sincerely hope that no one was harmed throughout the incident.
