Taking to Twitter, netizen @hizwani recently shared how a coffee shop that he went to, gave him what he called the best customer service he’s ever experienced.
“Last week, my family and I went to this coffee shop in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam. While enjoying my meal, the staff approached me and told me that my driver side window was broken,” he wrote.
“According to one of the employees there, the window was probably broken by a projectile from the nearby gardening work done by MBSA.”
“So I asked for a broom to clean the area, but the staff refused to give the broom. Instead, he took it upon him to do the clean up, while insisting that I talk to the MBSA contractors instead,” he explained.
“When I got back to my car, I noticed that my car was all clean, and the area wear the window was broken, is now covered with a coffee bean rucksack to help seal my car.”
He then said, “We then went on to continue eating our meal, and when I was about to pay the bill, the workers insisted that it was on the house (probably realising that it was a tough day for me).”
Whoa!

Netizens commenting on the tweet mostly agreed that the good deeds done by workers at the shop may have just made their business that much more popular.
