Several parts of Malaysia are currently experiencing continuous rain, which has resulted in floods that affect the daily lives of many Malaysians.

This has also been a cause of concern for vehicle owners as the floodwater could damage the vehicle. If one’s insurance doesn’t cover floods or natural disasters, they’re screwed.

With that in mind, one amusing video has been circulating on social media recently, which shows a Malaysian casually riding on his motorcycle through a flooded road.

As of the time of writing, the video, shared by the Rakyat Kelantan Facebook page, has garnered 2 million views and amassed 38,000 shares, with many commenters bewildered with what they’re seeing.

At the start of the video, a man can be seen at a distance going through a flooded road while riding on something. The place and time in which the video was recorded weren’t mentioned.

The video’s caption asked, “What animal is he riding?” which kinda misdirected the audience to think that he was riding an aquatic animal through the flood.

Halfway through the video, it was revealed that the ‘animal’ was a Honda EX5, with the man controlling it via a rope while fully submerged.

In the comments, many Malaysians were amazed at the feat, as the motorcycle remained operational despite being fully submerged in the floodwater.

One commenter said, “Power of dreams” which is Honda’s slogan and fits perfectly in this situation. Meanwhile, another commenter joked that the EX5 is now a motorcycle that knows how to swim.
