So on 10th March, a Johor woman uploaded a post and a photo on Facebook of her experience with SSM where she registered her boss’ company as… wait for it.

STEADY BOMBIBI ENTERPRISE

If you’re here for the story then sit tight and grab some popcorn.

The story starts off with the woman, Mango, who went to the SSM department with her boss to register a new company. They had all the paperwork done but they had forgotten one very important thing, which is the name of the new company. When she brought that up, her boss asked her for some unique name suggestions so she gave 3 suggestions from the top of her head. One of them was STEADY BOMBIBI ENTERPRISE.

Surprisingly, Mango’s boss really liked it and wanted to register the company under this name. She double, triple-checked it with him and he was very sure with his decision. They went ahead with the rest of the processes and then the staff told them that they needed to wait for 30 minutes to get the certificate. Her boss told her that he really needed to go and attend to other things, so she was alone there.

30 minutes later, the SSM staff called out the name of the company loudly and most if not everyone in the room snickered. Mango felt like that was the most embarrassing moment in her life as she needed to go to the counter in front with a straight face. After she got the certificate, she went out of the building as fast as lightning.

Seeing as there are quite a few people on the original post who did not believe the authenticity of the company, we ran a search on SSM and lo and behold… It’s real.
