It’s never easy to deal with toxic co-workers at work. It’s easier if you don’t need to liaise or communicate with each other at work but it’s heartbreaking to find out that we’re being talked about behind our backs, even when we have done nothing.
In a viral tweet by @onlyyouperson, a man shared a shocking yet sad coincidence when he was randomly scrolling on TikTok when he encountered the live video of 2 of his colleagues.
In the video, the pair was insulting the man, not knowing that he was watching the live video. The pair had a lot to say about the man they barely knew.
“He was supposed to wear white to interview but he came in a different color. He failed his exam and he only had SPM certificate. I have SPM too.”
Regardless of the qualifications, we’re not one to make fun of someone based on that but unfortunately, the women also hinted at the man’s look, saying they wish they had “someone better” at work.
“We need a better looking man at work, and someone who is not arrogant.”
In less than a month of employment, the man eventually resigned out of his refusal to work with unfriendly colleagues in a toxic environment.
Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, the man who refused to be named said that he had reported the matter to the management before his resignation.
“I think by now, the management might have taken action.”
The man also told WORLD OF BUZZ that despite mentioning wanting better-looking guys, the 2 women are already married. Initially, he didn’t want to make the matter viral but after being challenged by 1 of them, he decided to spread the matter online.
“I post this matter online but I still keep their identities and workplace hidden.”
The man added that his resignation didn’t mean he gave up, but merely to remove himself from a toxic situation.
