It’s everyone’s dream to have A LOT of money and there is nothing wrong with that. But when you do, how do you make sure your bulks of cash are safe when you’re outdoor, especially when thefts and robberies can happen anytime at anyplace?
Just recently, the Instagram page xenorocks shared a reel of a random street interview that was conducted on a local actress. The purpose of the street interview is to explore the clothing brands she was wearing and to “go through” what the woman had in her handbag. Sounds easy and straightforward, right? The interview, however, may have just revealed a little bit too much about what she had in her handbag.
As the interviewer go through her handbag, the actress showed her bank card, her mobile phone, and a receipt from a clinic. It sounds pretty much like what you expect to find in a woman’s handbag, including some cash. But the actress did not just have some cash with her.
She showed the interviewer (and the audience) the bulks of RM50s and a couple of RM10 banknotes that she had with her. They were simply tied with a rubbed band. Typically, we don’t carry that much of cash around, unless we have an immediate payment to settle or an emergency.
The actress, however, admitted that she does not own a wallet and that’s what she usually does.
“I don’t know how much I have here, I don’t have a wallet. I usually tie them with a rubber band. If anyone wants to buy me a wallet, that’ll be great!” she joked.
“Snatchers are eyeing for you now”
The interview did not sit well with some netizens, who believed that the actress may have just exposed herself, and some expressed their concern about her being a targeted victim.
“I don’t think this content is necessary. No one knew what she was carrying until this video. Take care.”
“She really just brings around her cash like that.”
“This is so dangerous. Your sling bag makes it easier for the snatchers to pull.”
“The snatchers are definitely eyeing you now.”
“I do the same by tying my cash with rubber band.”
Carrying lots of cash may be convenient especially if you’re going to places without online transactions but how do you usually keep your cash hidden?
