It looks like Sajat is really having the time of her life in Australia ever since she fled Malaysia almost 2 years back. Just recently, the controversial entrepreneur went viral for her debut in drag performance, which received both praise and criticism online.

In response to the criticism, Sajat has since responded and asked the public not to judge her because she is no longer in Malaysia where she is not tied to the rules here. Local filmmaker, Michael Ang also had something to say to Sajat’s haters.

While Michael is not condoning Sajat’s new life abroad, let’s just say, he thinks no one has the right to judge Sajat, especially when there are worst things that are being done out there that ruins others’ lives.

“Scamming, corruption, selling fake goods. I think that’s even more embarrassing!”

In his recent IG posts, Michael responds to comments that claim Sajat is embarrassing Malaysia and said that her sins are between her and the Almighty. He then compared Sajat’s drag show in Australia to those who are committing crimes and bringing nothing but trouble to others.

“Whatever Sajat is doing, it’s much better than scammers, those who are involved in corruption, and sellers of fake items. I think this is even more Haram and embarrassing.”

Michael also said that Sajat is earning a living through her means without hurting anyone in the process. He also clarified that he is not supporting Sajat’s latest career but he’s merely expressing his annoyance at netizens who think they’re better than anyone else.

“Look yourself in the mirror. Stop acting like you’ve never sinned.”

In the meantime, Michael acknowledged that times are tough and many are doing whatever it takes to live another day.

“At least Sajat does not lie and is not using others to gain benefit,” he added.

In response to those criticising Micheal for seemingly supporting Sajat, the filmmaker himself said that he is, in no way agreeing with what Sajat is doing with her life, and once again stated that Sajat’s decision is entirely between her and her Maker.

You can read his post below and watch another post of him where he “schooled” judging netizens.

Do you agree with what Michael had to say about the whole situation?
