A stunning video has been circulating on social media recently, showing the end of a rainbow formed on a road in Pahang.

Shared by TikTok user Rosliana Azman on the platform, Malaysians have been mesmerised by the video as it has got to be one of the clearest sights of a rainbow ever caught on camera in our country.

A stunning natural phenomenon

In the 20-second video which has garnered over 3.8 million views as of the time of writing, the end of the rainbow can be seen as if forming on a cliff in the distance, as vehicles pass through the road near Bentong, Pahang.

Furthermore, the colours of the rainbow are clearly visible, as if painted on the sky in thick, colourful watercolours.

The jaw-dropping sight also seemed to be attracting the interest of road users, with a majority of the vehicles driving on the emergency lane and presumably parking there for a while to take a closer look or take a photo of the picturesque natural phenomenon.

The rainbow was recorded in Bentong, Pahang

In a brief conversation with WORLD OF BUZZ, Rosliana shared that the video was recorded at the Central Spine Road (CSR) from Mempaga to Bentong in Pahang.

She added that this was the very first time she had seen a rainbow at such a close distance and expressed how awed she was by such a majestic sight. Rosliana shared that previously, she was only able to see a small rainbow from afar.

A rainbow that’s not stingy about its ‘ink’

In the comments, many Malaysians shared their amazement at the video. One commenter said that she once tried to find the end of a rainbow.

Meanwhile, another commenter said that the sight was amazing and perfectly described it as a “rainbow that’s not too stingy about its ink.
