A recent post has caught the attention of many online after a woman shared the unforgettable surprises her husband prepares for her every time she returns from an outstation trip.
Taking to Threads, Amira (@amira.atiya) recalled how her husband would often greet her at the airport with a bouquet of flowers and dressed in different mascot costumes each time.

Malaysian goes the extra mile to make wife’s every homecoming memorable
In the photos shared, her husband could be seen showing up in various mascot costumes, including the popular Japanese character “Rilakkuma”, “No-Face” from Spirited Away, a T-Rex, and even a frog, making each homecoming a memorable one.
“My husband wears mascot costumes every time he picks me up at the airport after a long outstation trip. If he just brought flowers, that would be fine, but with him wearing mascots, I’m worried people might start getting the wrong idea,” she jokingly wrote.

Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, Amira shared that her husband’s sweet gestures were simply his way of bringing a smile to her face.
“To be honest, I’ve never asked for flowers or mascots, but my husband always does his best to make me happy and help me forget my tiredness. I’m grateful that we found each other, and I hope we’ll continue loving each other until the end of our lives. May my husband always be blessed with abundant sustenance and be showered with blessings.
I hope everyone who sees this is blessed with a good partner at the right time. May all your kind prayers return to you. Wishing you all a life filled with happiness, love, and God’s blessings and protection,” she added.

Netizens’ reactions

“So cute. If our child saw this, they’d probably ask for money to give to the mascot just so they could take a photo with it.”

“Looks like your husband really enjoys making you happy! He’s definitely a keeper! Making others happy is also a form of kindness and worship. May both of you be blessed with a long-lasting marriage and continue to be happy together forever.”

“Please ask him where he bought that frog costume right now, before I send an actual frog to your house.”
