Babies are blessings bestowed by nature and a woman is no less than a miracle to be able to give birth to new lives with strength.
Whether it’s near a temple or on the way to the hospital, miracles don’t wait for no one.
Recently, a post on Facebook blew up when a story was shared of how a mother gave birth in the car on the way to the hospital, and how her husband, a motorist, and a patrol car came to the mother’s rescue.
Her husband had rushed to the hospital when his wife went into labor. On the way, he had turned to a passerby on a bike to help him clear the path as his wife already started delivering.
Initially, the motorist was the one clearing the way for them. Fortunately, while waiting at the traffic light, the hero on the bike seeks help from a patrol car that was also waiting nearby.
“While waiting for the light to turn green, a netizen on a bike approached us asking for help to clear the path for the Myvi driver as his wife was in labor,” said Corporal Muhamad Subri Ahmad, the cop in the patrol car.
“We quickly turn the sirens on and cleared the path for the Myvi driver without any obstacles.”
That’s when the motorist filmed the cops speeding through traffic with the sirens switched on and a Myvi driving fast behind it, all the way to Hospital Pusrawi, Kota Damansara.
“Our job is to help those in need“, the corporal states. He further adds on how the woman had in fact already delivered the baby in the car on the way to the hospital.
“My partner and I waited for around 20 minutes when they told us that both the mother and the baby are safe”, the corporal announces.
