Chef Noom also runs the one-MICHELIN-starred Chim by Siam Wisdom in Bangkok, while Molina was brought in by chef Sidney Schutte of Spectrum fame, the two-star fine dining favourite located in the Waldorf Astoria hotel in Amsterdam.

MICHELIN Green Star

As for the Dewakan Restaurant in Platinum Park, Naza Tower, Kuala Lumpur, the restaurant is the sole MICHELIN Green Star recipient this year.

The Green Star is a newly introduced category, which reflects the growing importance of sustainability in the culinary world.
