As long as you’re happy without disturbing the peace of others, you do you! A Malaysian girl recently did what made her happy, despite the crowd that did not pass the vibe check.
In her TikTok post @adlynjayne96, the concertgoer, Adlyn shared a short clip of herself vibing and enjoying Ed Sheeran’s concert in KL on Saturday night (February 24). Her lively vibes, however, were not enough to “invite” the crowd around her to sing and dance along like how she did.
From Adlyn’s point of view, it seemed like she was the only one who was hyped out about the show.
“POV: You’re the only one dancing in Ed Sheeran concert in KL.”
As a paying concertgoer, Adlyn definitely had all the rights to enjoy herself at the show, as long as no rules were violated, and we’re honestly glad to know that Adlyn had the time of her life during the show.
In a conversation with WORLD OF BUZZ, Adlyn said that she attended the show alone and was seated in the Cat 6 area. Despite the passive crowd around her, she still enjoyed the show.
“The people in my area were pretty chill, but honestly, I still loved it!”
She added,
“Everyone told me that attendants at Cat 5 were vibing!”
Ed had to hype everyone up
Adlyn also told WORLD OF BUZZ that at some point, the English singer had to hype up the crowd and ask them to stand up.
“Most did not stand. At the beginning when i did stand, the security told me to be seated. So, maybe everyone assumed that we were not allowed to stand.”
She remained seated most of the show but decided to stand and enjoy the concert in a livelier manner when her favorite songs were played.
“The Shape of You and Bad Habits were last, so I stood, and Ed actually told us to stand too. I did see a number of people standing near the end of the show too.”
You can watch how Adlyn enjoyed the show in her clip below, and see if you share the same vibes! You can also watch another clip of Adlyn enjoying herself at the show here.
