One of the things that most Malaysians pride themselves on is how good our food is. As we all love food and also love sharing it, it brings joy to our hearts when we see people enjoying our local cuisine.

Just recently, a Malaysian engineer working in South Korea, Fikri Akram, shared on TikTok how he made satay and nasi impit, complete with kuah kacang, to share with his South Korean colleagues.

“Made 140 sticks of chicken satay, kuah kacang and nasi impit for my Korean office mates. Cooking this special dish right before Ramadan.”

“All of them loved the satay and the kuah kacang. They said that it was awesome like nasi lemak,” he continued.

Well, it is evident that they loved the satay that Fikri made as we can see in the video, they kept reaching for more and they did not stop eating until the containers were all empty.

During meal time, the Malaysian’s office mates were also giving thumbs up or just had a very satisfied look on their faces.

Many Malaysians thanked Fikri for introducing our food to his office mates.

“Thank you for promoting Malaysian food!”
