When using food delivery services, it’s only fair to assume that customers expect their food to be treated with respect.

Though, sadly, sometimes that’s not the case.

A video of a food delivery rider has been making its rounds on social media, after he decided to drop the food he is to deliver to a customer on the ground and kick it out of the restaurant. The restaurant staff could also be seen fuming at the situation.

MALAYSIA MOST VIRAL wrote, “If you’re not in the mood to work then turn your application off, there’s no need to brainlessly kick the food. If you get banned, you are the one who will lose your direction.”

In the video, the delivery rider could be seen picking up the packed meal from a restaurant before immediately dropping it onto the floor and kicking it out the door, much to the shock and anger of the staff and customers present at the eatery.

Someone also decided to ask the delivery rider what his problem was, to kick the food as he did, just before the video ended.

It is important to note that delivery riders often time work for multiple companies despite wearing the attire of certain brands, hence it is not recommended to judge a company based on the rider’s actions.

Though, what we can say is that the rider is currently under investigation.
