A recent video has taken the internet by storm, showing a helpless yet adorable husky spotted wandering inside a deep drain, capturing the hearts of many netizens.
Shared by Apmkotakinabalu on TikTok, the clip shows the husky pacing in the drain, trying to find a way out with its paws soaking in the water.
“Thank you, abang APM”
According to the post, the husky had apparently fallen into the drain, prompting the Malaysian Civil Defence Force Kota Kinabalu (APM) to step in and rescue it.
The caption of the post read:
“Thank you, abang APM, for saving the husky that fell into the drain.”
A representative from APM arrived and was seen getting into the drain to calm the husky by petting it before attempting to get it out.
The dog looked like it was sulking
The APM representative eventually placed a ladder in the hopes that the husky could use it to get out, but it refused, looking like it was sulking. This prompted him to gently coax the dog up the ladder.
However, convincing the husky proved to be a tough task, so he ended up carrying the dog himself as he climbed the ladder out of the drain.
