Teaching comes with its own set of challenges. While it might appear simple, the reality is quite different when you’re working with primary school students.

“You should be calling me teacher”

In the video, Elden is seen assisting students that approaches him. However, his students decided to approach him while repeatedly addressing him as “abang instead of teacher.

Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, Elden shared how at the time of the incident, he was teaching sentence formation during a Malay language lesson.

Abang? You should be calling me teacher.”

Even though Elden told the students to call him “teacher” instead of “abang,” the students keep teasingly calling him “abang” anyway.

“I was left with only 2% of physical strength”

Elden jokingly remarked that working out at the gym doesn’t compare to the exhaustion of teaching standard 1 students. He also added,

“After each session of teaching, I realised that only 2% of my physical strength remained.”

The students not only insisted on calling him “abang“, but they also continued to tease him by attempting to balance a pencil on his nose, making the situation even more hilarious.
